Thank you for visiting my channel again! Welcome! My name is Kayla and I'm new here. Therefore, I ate another healthy meal. Today I am going to share five fat-burning breakfast smoothie recipes you can prepare in advance.

Two more videos are already on my channel. The meal I am eating. I've shared my five make-ahead breakfast recipes, as well as my five make-ahead lunch recipes in the Prep Series. Those are the playlists that I've shared in the meal prep series so far, below, if you've not seen them. Also, all the recipes in this series will always be 100% gluten-free.

They will be paleo friendly in the majority and low carb and ketofriendly in many cases. I'm ready to jump into this. Let's start. A protein smoothie recipe with blueberry muffins is the first recipe I'm going to share with you.

Here's a paleo-friendly, low-carb recipe. Among the items you are going to need are unsweetened, almond milk, frozen blueberries, ground, chia seeds, a high-quality protein powder and almond butter. And in terms of protein, today I will be using one of my favorites.

With this one, there is already a low-carb sweetener added to the bulletproof collagen protein. For low carb smoothies, you may need to add something like stevia if your protein powder doesn't contain that.

Just to sweeten it up a little bit, you can add all your ingredients into the blender and blend until the mixture is extra smooth. Now, if you want to put this smoothie in the refrigerator, be sure to add some fresh lemon juice to it and this one will stay fresh. Up next is my lean green matcha smoothie.

Now this one is paleo, but you can make it low-carb by removing the banana and adding a little more avocado. That's it. You will need almond milk unsweetened, banana, spinach, ground chia seeds, protein powder, fresh lemon juice, and matcha powder.

Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth and don't forget to blend. On my blog, you can print off all of these recipes. I'm gonna link this to y'all in the description box below this one.

Then. In the next smoothie, you can increase capitalism with the matcha powder for added energy. Can I energize with cacao? A low-carb and paleo-friendly mocha smoothie. It is essential to have unsweetened almond milk, spinach, MCT oil (or coconut oil), avocado, hemp, seeds, cacao powder, and protein powder.

MCT oil or coconut oil are good for fat loss because the medium chain fats contained in these oils increase fat metabolism. This gives you a chocolate fix, and I even enjoy drinking this smoothie after lunch, especially if I need a healthy pick-me-up before I move onto the next smoothie.

I'll whip up my energizing matcha beet smoothie for you. You can choose this one because it is paleo-friendly. A small beet banana, a flax, oil, hemp seeds, and matcha powder are required.

I know you don't like beets, but you'll have to believe me. Besides eating the banana, beets contain a powerful antioxidant called beta Simon, which makes them taste delicious.

Those can help to eliminate liver toxins and blood fat deposits, and we all know that a healthy liver means an optimal metabolism, resulting in optimal fat burning, so I honestly think you'd benefit from those methods.

If you try this smoothie, you will be surprised at how delicious it is. Lastly, I will share my fat-burning turmeric smoothie. This one is low-carb, paleo, and low-carb friendly - but be aware that it is an intense blend, so ease into the turmeric.

Almond milk, ground chia seeds, MCT oil or coconut oil, protein powder, turmeric, cinnamon, and ground ginger will be needed. Turmeric and ginger are powerful spices that can stimulate the metabolism, improve circulation and reduce inflammation.

I really like this smoothie. If I ate too much the day before, since it reduces inflammation and bloating super fast. It is still a good idea to start very slowly, especially if you are not used to ginger or turmeric.
